Mandashtishi Cement Company offers its main products in three general categories, each of which has packaging and loading methods appropriate to the target market (domestic or export):
1. Types of cement:

- Type II Portland Cement: This cement is a high-performance product that has moderate resistance to sulfate attack and moderate hydration heat.
- Packaging: Mainly supplied in 50 kg bags. These bags are placed on standard pallets and fully covered with heat shrink to prevent moisture penetration during storage and transportation.
- Loading: Palletized and shrink-wrapped shipping for domestic customers and projects that require easier handling.
- Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC): Due to its fly ash (pozzolan), this type of cement is more durable against chemical attack (especially sulfates) and produces less heat during setting.
- Packaging: Available in both 50 kg bags and one-ton jumbo bags (Big Bags) for large projects that require bulk volume at the point of use.
- Loading: Jumbo bags are usually loaded onto a pallet or directly onto the floor of a trailer.
2. Clinker:

Definition: Clinker is the main raw material for cement production, obtained by baking raw materials at high temperatures. Packaging: Completely in bulk. Loading: Direct loading from special clinker silos to bulk carriers (for sea export) or train wagons and dump trailers specifically for transporting clinker (for land export and domestic supply to other factories).
General loading methods:

Bulk: For clinker and also for a portion of the export cement that needs to be re-ground by the buyer. This method is the most economical in bulk transportation.
Bagged: For Type 2 and PPC cement, which is prepared in palletized and shrink-wrapped form for network distribution.
Jumbo Bag: For medium-sized domestic projects or exports to countries that do not have the possibility of bulk unloading.
These details, especially the focus on shrink-wrapping pallets to maintain quality in transit, are considered a competitive advantage in the domestic market.
